Orders cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed. Please allow 5-7 business days to process orders unless specified in the product listing.  Choosing expedited shipping does not bypass the 5-7 business day processing period. Shipping address cannot be edited or changed once an order is placed.  Tracking confirmation is sent via SMS text or email once your order has shipped. Shipping rates are based on weight size and destination. 
All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 
If you are having issues with lost or delayed shipment please follow the steps outlined by USPS or UPS
Orders over $150.00 will be shipped “Signature Required”, unless requested or otherwise noted. Contact your shipping carrier with tracking #. For international orders, please check tracking often and contact your local mail carrier for more information. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country your order will be received. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your customs office for additional information. If your order is delayed, or an attempted delivery was noted, but no delivery or notice please contact USPS or your local shipping carrier immediately.  We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery.
All sales final. No returns. You may exchange all or part of your order within 7 days of receiving it for store credit, as long as the returnable item(s) have not been used or worn.  Jockstraps, Swim, and Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please know when sending in an item for store credit, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We will not re-fund shipping. However, regarding an exchange of goods, we will pick up the cost of shiping upon receiving your defective of incorrect item(s).  Any requests after 7 day limit may not be approved. 
Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different color / size of the same item. Please place a new order for new item, and return the original item for a refund. To insure we receive your exchange, please request a tracking number and insurance from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns / exchanges with outside shippers.
