SHIPPING
Please allow 5-7 business days to process orders unless specified in the product listing. Tracking confirmation is sent via SMS text or email once your order has shipped. Shipping rates are based on weight size and destination. US orders over $100 are shipped with UPS Ground  and International orders over $250 shipped with UPS Standard.
USPS and UPS Worldwide shipping available.
All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 
If you are having issues with lost or delayed shipment please follow the steps outlined by USPS or UPS
RETURNS
You may exchange or return all or part of your order within 7 days of receiving it, as long as the returnable item(s) have not been used or worn.
Jockstraps, Swim, Sale items, and items sold at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange. Please know when sending in a return or an exchange, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. However, regarding an exchange of goods, we will pick up the cost of shipping when sending out the replacement items.  Please contact within 7 days of receiving your defective of incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after 7 day limit may not be approved. 
EXCHANGES
Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. Please place a new order for new item, and return the original item for a refund. To insure we receive your return/ exchange, please request a tracking number and insurance from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges with outside shippers.
DELIVERY
Orders over $150.00 will be shipped “Signature Required”, unless requested or otherwise noted. Contact your shipping carrier with tracking #. For international orders, please check tracking often & contact your local mail carrier for more information. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country your order will be received. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your customs office for additional information. If your order is delayed, or an attempted delivery was noted, but no delivery or notice please contact USPS or your local shipping carrier immediately.
